US Blinds will repair or replace without charge any part of the Decomatic headrail which is defective in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the product.

Curtain and blind cord can pose a serious health hazard to children under the age of 3. US Blinds offers a number of cordless options for windows and blinds. For those who already have blind or curtain cords in their home, we offer FREE cord cleats for every shade we manufacture.

NEVER put a crib, bed, high chair or playpen near a window or a patio door where a child can reach the curtain or blind cord and strangle. Remember, there is no substitute for parental supervision.

All products manufactured by US Blinds is backed by a lifetime warranty. US Blinds will repair and replace damaged or defective parts. (Cords backed by a 1-year warranty.)

US Blinds offers a 3-year warranty on defective material or workmanship in louvers. Color fading is not backed by our warranty.
